Website https://investrm.eu/ (“Service”) is the official page for Invest RM project which provides participants with important information about Invest RM project and data relevant for investments in raw material sector of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The website is operated by Faculty of Mining, Geology and Petroleum Engineering, University of Zagreb (hereinafter referred to as Faculty). The following privacy policy is to certify to our stakeholders that their data is collected for the purposes of school only and that it is protected in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

The website collects personal data of participants via report form available on the page for stakeholders aiming to test, retest and use Invest RM online tool for personal or company proposes.

Data collected in these form include:

• Email address
• First name and last name
• Phone number
• Address, State, Province, ZIP/Postal code, City
• Company data (Name of the company)

This data are collected only for the purpose of sending participants information on the updating of the InvestRM application tool for the purpose of testing / retesting of a tailored tool version or use of final tool version. We also provide a link for subscribing to our newsletter where you have an option to give your consent to receive informative e-mails related to Invest RM project. The participants will not receive any e-mails intended to advertise or promote commercial or other contents not related to the Invest RM Project.

Usage Data

We may also collect information how the Service is accessed and used (“Usage Data”). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Who we share your data with and how long we retain your data

Personal data are collected for the purpose of Invest RM online tool.

Invest RM online tool is part of Invest RM project, financed by European Institute of Innovation & Technology, which means that the collected data need to be kept for a certain period at the Faculty for purposes of project reporting. This data is stored at the Faculty in accordance with GDPR. Personal data provided by the registration form are automatically forwarded to our website administrator for security reasons. Website administrator does not use hereby collected data for any kind of marketing or advertising and manages the data in compliance with GDPR.

For the duration of the project the Faculty will share data with project partners for the purpose of project activities. Each project partners are obligated by individual contracts with the Faculty that received data will be used for the purpose of the project activities only and will not be shared/disseminated outside InvestRM consortia.

What rights you have over your data

Participants can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about them, including any data they have provided to us. They can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about them in any time. They can opt out from receiving informative e-mails related to Invest RM project, depending on the purpose they have shared they data for.

How we protect your data

Personal data collected by the Service are never disclosed to any other party not related to Invest RM project and is stored at the Faculty in accordance with GDPR.

We do not require participants of the page to share their personal data via contact form in case they have inquiries. Instead, all participants of the page can contact us to the e-mail address indicated on the website: info@investrm.eu or email addresses of partners indicated in generated report, disclosing only as many personal data as they wish, using an e-mail address that does not reveal their personal information.
